We have a great opportunityfor an exceptional candidate who can successfully manage all Regional Administration activity with priority given to providing exceptional levels of service to customers.
You will act as the Subject Matter Expert for process followed by the Centre of Excellence in India performing front office administrative tasks for contract or project work as required. Working in co-operation with other internal functions (eg. Sales/Operations etc) providing seamless support. This is a vital role working at the hub of the local operation and is pivotal to the success of delivering the highest standards of customer service through the Customer Shared Services model.
You will be passionate about customer service with a confident communication style. Your ability to build relationships will help you deliver results. Demonstrating good organisation skills you will be highly motivated and a strong positive team player.
