Marketing Leader

Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of life

Develop and implement a business strategy (STRAP) for your region to grow the business at or greater than market rates by making the most of product technology, new product development, open innovation, voice of customer, current product portfolio, manufacturing assets and equipment engineering capabilities You will also lead and execute daily commercial operations of your regional business, aligned to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP). This will be done through collaboration with the Product Line Director and cross-functional teams.

Drive business objective achievement through effective cross-functional and regional relationship building.

Exceed sales, profit, return on investment and working capital objectives by managing product line execution.

Lead a team to define and deliver value for Honeywell and customers through effective prioritization and product management.

ability to operate strategically, tactically, and operationally.

Superior presentation and communication skills. Able to

effectively speak to large, diverse audiences and small, focused

audiences.

Able to develop and deliver a business recommendation

to senior leadership and effectively address questions, concerns and

challenges to the recommendation.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to work

with diverse customers, sales through direct and affiliate channels, and a

consistent track record for meeting and exceeding objectives.

Understands basic revenue models, P/L, and sales

pipeline projections and makes decisions accordingly; Basic understanding

of manufacturing operations and cost-of-goods assessments.

High degree of business acumen with orientation toward

process/systems, speed, cost, quality and creating customer value and

results.

Strong influencing and negotiating skills, ability to

motivate and foster culture of high performance, cross-functional teams.

Demonstrated ability to operate effectively and build

relationships across functional areas at all levels in the organization.

Proven ability to maintain positive employee relations

and maximum productivity by fostering open communication throughout the organization.

MBA strongly preferred or equivalent combination of

education and experience.
