Honeywell Sr C&B Specialist in Mexico City, Mexico

Provide compensation and benefits support for Mexico for the different SBG´s. Build strong working relationships with HR and business leaders. Understand business and human resources strategies, operating model and structure. Identify compensation and benefits short-term and long-term business issues and priorities. Partner with HR leaders to develop and implement pay, attraction and retention strategies in line with the business priorities

**Advice and influence HR and business leaders on compensation and benefits strategy, programs and issues.

**Provide daily compensation and benefits consultation and support, including offer proposals, transfer and internal and external market comparisons.

**Support sales incentive plan and local incentive plans review and implementation.

**Lead annual compensation process including merit, bonus and adjustment planning. Drive training and communication to HRs. Support HR with analysis and guidance of compensation recommendations. Manage performance differentiation and pay for performance philosophy.

**Lead and manage employee rewards programs. Facilitate nomination and approval processes.

**Drive business specific standardization initiatives. Support One Honeywell standardization initiatives, interfacing with business and HR on plan change and implementation.

**Own and support global, regional or business CoE projects, as needed. Utilize project management tools and techniques, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources.

**Support M&A C&B integration

5 years’ experience in Compensations & Benefits Fluent English Analytical Skills (excel advance) Bachelors Degree: Administrative or Engineering. MBA as a plus
