We have an immediate opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative - Specialty Products in our Additives division. This position will be located in Mexico City and part of an Inside Sales team that we are creating.
• Successfully manage key accounts and close deals to deliver against individual and team sales targets against a specified area of responsibility (e.g. region, key accounts). • Proactively calling decision makers to promote Honeywell products. • Call planning, pipeline management, lead identification and qualification, proactive sales calling and performance monitoring to drive the sales and achieve the set sales target. • Conducts sales calls using agreed methodology. • Closes business, this will largely be by telephone. • Follow up on leads and opportunities to ensure needs are being met and opportunities are being won/closed. • Understands the customer’s business, their needs and goals and identify potential new business. • Identify market and competitor activity, product and industry developments. • Identifies and qualify leads from internal and external sources • Identifies, build relationship with appropriate decision makers within customers and manage negotiations on deals and price. • Collaborates closely with field sales whenever high value deals are identified. • Conducts negotiations with customers and distributors to create competitive price quotations
Bachelor’s Degree; - Fluent in English; - 1-2 years sales experience This could include internal sales experience; - Key account management, developing strategic relationships, negotiation and contract implementation; - Desirable technical knowledge specific to the role; - Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team; - Self-motivated, able to prioritize; - Strong organizational and time management skills; - Strong Interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; - Proven business acumen; - Ability to produce and interpret sales data in various formats; - Understanding of customers, and understanding the process to identify market dynamics and competition.
