Provide administrative support to Plant Manager and his Staff. Act as a representative for the Management for Customers, Visitors, and external Honeywell employees. Critical Expectations & Responsibilities • Responsible of quick kaizen, Kaizen events & knowledge sharing to ensure Continuous Improvement throughout the process • Collect and create reports for individual departments and organize these into combined facility reports. Send and upload plant performance reports. • Organize and update calendars / schedules for PM and Staff. Manage PM calendar. • Schedule travel arrangements as required, for PM, Staff, and as require, considering the best option according to Travel policy. • Schedule and coordinate participation for meetings and plant/department functions as required. • Coordinate communication activities/events for the Plant Manager and his Staff. • Show a professional image for Mexicali facility employees and outside visitors. • Prepare expense reports. • Prepare Site Overviews Presentations and update them periodically. • Coordinate plant external visit and events calendar. • Provides support and contact for foreign visits to the Plant. • Resolves administrative problems

• Bilingual (Spanish-English) • Good written and verbal communication skills • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook.), Internet. • Capacity to prioritize tasks. • Abilities to communicate with other areas (in/out) of the plant.

• Demonstrates and promotes behaviors consistent with Honeywell Behaviors • Complies with all company policies, procedures and safety standards • Well organized to manage multiple competing priorities in parallel. • Knowledge of HS&E standards • Knowledge of Migration Regulations. BS on Business/ Administration, Communication

Experience • Minimum 2 years experience on similar roles.
