This position will oversee the buildup, development and performance management of an inside sales team within Intelligrated commercial operations and strategy organization to contribute to the top line growth of the company by penetrating targeted customers and acquiring new customers leveraging the inside sales management process. The successful candidate will work closely with sales, solutions development, product management and marketing teams across Intelligrated to lead the development and execution of successful inside sales programs to expand customer touch in a targeted fashion. This position will be instrumental in driving forward a robust commercial strategy in support of corporate objectives whilst embedding a continuous learning & improvement culture. He/she will drive results through others, get the inside sales team to deliver expected targets and be effective in a fast paced environment. This position will lead and motivate the inside sales team to execute growth campaigns, handle a large volume of daily outbound interactions, through online and phone channels, to qualify, educate and access potential customer's needs connecting them with the direct sales team members.

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree
- A minimum of three or more years of experience in direct B2B sales plus a minimum of two or more years in leading inside sales, demand generation, lead development teams, or a similar position.
- Established track record of leading efforts associated with the planning, creation, execution and optimization of demand generation, lead/business development and inside sales teams (preferably in manufacturing, electronics, infrastructure, engineering or logistics).
- Proven experience in sales methodology implementation.
- Deep understanding of product positioning, promotion is needed.
- Call Center Management experience is desirable.
- Past experience and track record in and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo and similar automation tools, and digital content generation software are preferred.
- Familiarity with Material Handling industry is a big plus.
