Provides Procurement leadership, expertise and best value solutions globally to the INTELLIGRATED Business for both current activity and major growth, including new technologies. Design to Cost on NPI and Value Engineering ($350M spend).

Establishing a strategic perspective for procurement including partnerships with business and partners on both direct and projects based buy.

Is part of the INTELLIGRATED Business leadership and drives AOP and 5 year plan for that business.

Understands Global industry trends & new technologies, suppliers’ capabilities, and overall has the supply chain expertise to support sub-commodities projects, projects based activity & drives value engineering, NPI & Core Non Core activity for the business.

Is responsible for the High Growth Region suppliers roadmap definition and implementation.

Develops robust INTELLIGRATED Procurement strategy with strong Commodity preferred supplier list with consideration to cost, quality, delivery (including VMI), speed and service requirements, market conditions, risks and exposures, competitive landscape, and projected changes over the strategic planning horizon.

Is accountable & leads the NPI and VE Team to ensure implementation on time of Commodity savings, PT improvements, inventory reduction as well as service level follow-up.

Works closely with Commodity Leaders

  • Strong understanding on technical knowledge of procurement/sourcing; experience in outsourcing critical services within the company to third-party providers; planning, negotiations and agreements/contract management

· Excellent knowledge of the business ; knowledgeable in policies, practices and industry trends in assigned Commodity area and can quantify potential impacts to business results

· Strong experience/knowledge of Commodity Industry and Markets
