The PM Team Leader will be

required to assume the following specific tasks:

Work closely with the Honeywell PS Project Management Practice

to introduce best practices and corporate compliance for project management,Ensure all Project Managers within the Honeywell Movilizer PS

Team follow a unified PM methodology, including PM approach, financial process

integration, human resources management and procurement processes.

Manage all aspects of project implementation and service delivery;

monitoring of progress for all projects/service agreements under his/her

responsibility, anticipating operational and budgetary issues and taking

pre-emptive action.Interact with colleagues, clients and partners and undertaking

of missions, as may be required, to guide operational issues and Movilizer

service provision. Resolution of operational and process issues, referring

complex issues to supervisor with clear recommendations for courses of action.

Representation of Movilizer at project meetingsProvide, or ensure the provision of, support to Project Boards

as they undertake their assurance rolesNegotiation and preparation of contracts for services, memoranda

of agreement and supplier agreements.Monitoring of expenditures and advice to Supervisor,

clients/partners on budget status any need to reallocate resources to meet

objectives.Supervise other PM Team members within his team and oversee the

collective work of the PM team.

Coach, mentor, train and otherwise support other PM Team members

in the fulfilment of their project support functions;Act as assigned or temporary Project Manager.Qualifications and Experience

Education

Master’s degree in project management, business administration

or another relevant degree;Additional years of relevant work experience, preferably in

combination with a relevant bachelor’s degree, may substitute for the

requirement for a master’s degree field

Work Experience

5 years of relevant project management experience;Experience in dealing with customers and clients and providing a

high degree of customer support, education, and service;Experience in team management and skills development;Experience in all aspects of project management including,

financial management, budget management, contract management, risk management,

staff management, quality and safety management, program management and

reporting;Risk management experience is highly desired;Quality management experience is essential;Results based management experience is essential;

Languages

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
