AP Competency Leader

Objective:

· To drive performance and growth of the Competency Management BTITo drive performance and growth of the Competency Management BTI

Key Accountabilities:

· Accountable for the growth & delivery of the Competency BTI within the poleAccountable for the growth & delivery of the Competency BTI within the pole

· Work with Pole Sales BTI leaders to identify opportunities in the Pole. Drive the client engagement with sales from initial from meeting to proposal phase.Work with Pole Sales BTI leaders to identify opportunities in the Pole. · Ensure Pole Sales and LOB (LSS) management, generate first time proposal to meet the needs of clients to include efforts and training development and delivery strategiesEnsure Pole Sales and LOB (LSS) management, generate first time proposal to meet the needs of clients to include efforts and training development and delivery strategies

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree or tertiary education in Engineering / Technical
  • Six Sigma Certification / Lean tools is an added advantage
  • ITIL certification preferred
  • Min. 10 years’ experience in the oil & gas sector, preferably in refining market
  • 2 – 3 years Business Development / Sales / Consulting experience
  • Preferably 5 years’ experience in competency management programs, related to human performance improvement
  • Knowledge in Process Automation is a must, with proven leadership capabilities & communication skills
