Lead Materials Coordinator

Lead the team in quoting, booking and delivering materials and parts to our Canadian clients, according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities within Honeywell PMT. You are responsible for the coordination, expediting and tracking of all spare parts orders. This includes overseeing the handling of parts obsolescence issues, the determination of parts holding inventory levels, the processing of radioactive source orders, and the calibration of critical field instruments.

40 Quoting, booking and delivering materials

30 Coordinating, expediting and tracking of all spare parts orders

YOU MUST HAVE
  • College Degree
  • Bilingual in French and English
WE VALUE
  • Extensive experience in Parts distribution- Quoting parts, Processing PO’s, Shipping and Receiving, Expediting and Tracking.
  • Comfortable in a technical environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service skills / customer relationship management
  • Some experience in Materials management
  • Experience leading a team of diverse employees.
