Honeywell Aero APAC ISC FP&A Manager in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Aero APAC ISC FP&A Manager•Leading and developing the APAC ISC FP&A team, to ensure the team a robust performance to support Aero APAC ISC planning and analysis;

•Taking the role as HISB ISC Finance Manager to support HISB Finance Director on developing the HISB AOP/FCST/SRO for ISC operation

•Leading Aero APAC ISC AOP, Forecast, SRO, MOR, WOR process in the region, to ensure the quality of planning, forecasting; Act as a primary interface between Global ISC FP&A team and local site finance team

•Conducting Monthly financial review, Providing analytical support to APAC ISC Finance Director and all site finance leader on driving the ISC metrics - including but not limited to Production Revenue, Conversion cost, PCV, OMC & Productivity

•Delivering high quality output & identifying risks/issues & escalating and mitigating them as required

•Participate Aero APAC SIOP, provide necessary analysis

•Supports ad hoc project analysis in Aero APAC ISC & Support Other APAC Finance reporting needs

•Developing effective analytical tool/model/template, execute the “ONE VIEW” solution in Aero APAC and Driving the Tableau use in APAC region for all ISC sites

•Bachelor in Finance/Accounting, CPA, MBA, CIMA or equivalent qualification is a plus, with min 8-10 yrs of relevant experience in ISC FP&A

•Strong analytical, modeling & technical skills and high attention to detail

•Strong Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Essbase (Opex & Finstmt), BO reports, HFM & AMR

•Good Leadership skills to lead and develop the team

•Possess a strong team-oriented philosophy and willingness to go beyond to get the tasks completed accurately and in a timely fashion.

•Good presentation & communication skills and ability to co-ordinate across the sites for related works

•Experience of working with Global team
