Honeywell Sales Manager - SMB- Channel Sales (Fire) in Kolkata, India

Handle sales through national & regional distributors/dealers. § Plan and Forecast the sales based on sales Trends. § Achievement of Sales Targets – AOP (annual operating plan) § Conceptualize and implement innovative plans for accomplishment of pre-designated targets from the assigned territories. § Implement pricing strategies including bundling, volume discounts etc for distributors/dealers. Expansion/BD § Handle all business development activities. § Expand base of distributors /Dealers. § Identify and network with strong and reliable dealers/ channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach. Product line will be Fire and Security. § Impart training to distributor’s executives and owner about business plans, schemes etc. § Deliver all types of communications with new schemes, plans etc to Distributors/Dealer. § Organize and manage promotional campaigns and events Key account management, End user engagement

Preferably BE MBA Should be able to speak good English and Bengali Good IQ, sound logic and ability to adapt quickly to varous roles and situations
