ESSENTIAL PM SKILLS:  Ability to understand whole system/business perspective, identify and early escalation of risks at the right time  Ability to quickly assess unclear, complex, and ambiguous situations and reduce into distinct, clear, timely, and stable direction for the development team.  Ability to motivate and inspire a set of Project managers and Leads to excel in PM governance  Good knowledge and experience in basic PM areas like Cost, Time, Risk and Integration Management  Experienced in Earned Value Management  Good experience in managing Multi Disciplinary programs  Expert in usage of Microsoft project/any other scheduling tools  Working knowledge of NPI Development Process is preferred  Ability to set judicious expectations and manage them with key stakeholders  Solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment  Support the Product Owner in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance  Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management  Prior experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects  Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using Agile Project Management tools such as Jira/Greenhopper, Rally or equivalent

Key Responsibilities  Meticulous planning, executing to the plan by rigorous tracking to meet all key milestone dates  Accurate status reporting of control metrics and Earned value management metrics (CPI, SPI, EV).  Effective management of all stakeholders o Provide accurate and timely project status information, milestones and metrics to key stakeholders  Ensure programs/projects/tasks are delivered on time and that they meet financial, performance, quality and reliability goals  Manage project team and facilitate communications within team to meet program objectives  Deploy and leverage Program Management Tools (EPM/VPM)  Directing and developing the establishment & execution of detailed plans to ensure risk mitigation and opportunities realization  On schedule delivery of New Product meeting NPI phase gates as per specification and On budget.  Understand NPI mandatory & non-mandatory deliverables , process in-detail, and drive all NPI programs as per NPI Process  Lead, manage, and collaborate with cross-functional/global teams effectively to meet program objective  Establishes professional relationships with global program managers and engineering directors to ensure customer satisfaction with partner locations  Monitor and report on key Agile performance metrics to leadership team

Total Experience - 12 -16 Years Program management experience needed 3-5 Years PMP certification is required
