Honeywell Sr. Account Manager in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
• Reporting directly to Country Sales Manager • Primary responsible for delivery the Annual Operating Plan assigned • Developing sales opportunities and building up pipeline • Together with country Teams to grow the biz • Primary customer interface and responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with a specific customer or customers. • Understanding of the customer’s business, drivers, and organization, and an understanding of the value that Honeywell brings to the customer to drive to real business outcomes. • Dissemination of key messages, initiatives, and of information pertaining to the value Honeywell brings to that specific customer at all levels of the customer’s organization. • Business partner to the customer, establishes a defensible barrier to competitors, maximizes the business potential of their customers, and acts as the primary supplier interface for all products, solutions and services with this customer. • Champions the customers’ needs and requirements within the Honeywell organization
• BA in Electrical, Control Automation or O&G Process (Petrochemical, Chemical) Technology • 6 years of experience in control and instrumental system sales, both products and solutions in O&G industry (Priority) and Industrial Power. Chemicals, Steals or Industrials is an advantage • Experience in building and maintaining relations with customers (different levels) • Experienced in EPC sales • Skills of Sales Opportunity Management System, Internal Process Coordination, Teamwork; • Strong presentation, negotiation and English communication skills. • Proven track record of success in the industry/ business environment • Working experience in a complex organization.
