Sales Administration Manager

The Sales Administration Manager is responsible for coordinating forecasts, reporting, administrating

CRM, problem resolution, balanced scorecard development and manage special

projects as directed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Administration

Manage customer, prospect and forecast database, implemented on

the Salesforce.com platform, for all organization users

Manage ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users

Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to facilitate team meetings and management

reporting requirements

Resolve customer issues and conflicts within Customer Care team as they arise

Participate in the resolution of customer A.R. issues as they are identified

Training and Documentation

Develop training plans, materials, and documentation as needed

Keep materials up-to-date, coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions for new

hire and new sales reps

Monitor user adoption rates and respond as needed (additional training sessions,

communication, modifications, or other resources) to improve

Assist users with report design and management

Help cover open territories until new sales reps are staffed

Planning

Define, communicate, lead processes for annual planning

Coordinate reporting process to internal and external teams

Coordinate input for weekly Sales Pulse calls

Process Discovery and Management

Work with various functions to document and communicate standard business processes

Work with management to identify new and creative opportunities to share best

practices

Manage ongoing relationship with Salesforce.com and internal Honeywell IT

resources

Other responsibilities and special projects as defined

Key Skills:

Project Management

Ability to administer Salesforce.com

Data manipulation and cleaning

Strong documentation and training skills

Interface with marketing staff developing strategy as Commercial team advisor

Ability to administer incentive plans along with Sales Ops

Ability to manage customer contract database renewal

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Must be located in the Golden Valley, MN office
Minimum of 5 years in a sales role
Prior project management and process management experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience with SFDC administration and implementation
Proficient in presentation and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent presentation skills
Prior experience in customer performance management and customer acquisition

processes
