Junior Fire Alarm Service Technician (4 openings) – Fort McMurray, Alberta - HRD709
Assists in providing technical support through onsite-inspections of fire alarm systems. You will work under direct supervision. You will follow detailed work instruction and escalates any discrepancies in customer/code requirements, or work instructions. You will identify and escalate opportunities to improve the installation or repair procedures.
· Be the face of Honeywell to the customer and interact directly with end-users
· Learn end-to-end service of Honeywell solutions
· Travel between Fort McMurray, Edmonton and Calgary is provided by Honeywell. Travel reimbursement between other home locations and Fort McMurray may be considered.
· A Northern Allowance is provided for this opportunity.
· This position is based out of camp on a 14 days on/14 days off, 12 hour day schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE
•High School Diploma, or equivalent.
•6 months of fire alarm experience
•6 months of experience in electrical or electronics.
•CFAA Certification is Ideal
•Previous industry experience
•Previous technical/installation experience
•Previous customer service experience
•Good written and oral communication
•Ability to follow instructions
•Bachelor degree or technical/professional certificate
