Senior Program Manager
Implement and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing Customer & Product Support projects. You will serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. You will review status of projects and budgets. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, Construction Management or relatedfield OR in lieu of Bachelors degree, Associates degree plus 4 years ofindustry experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience managing or supervising employees.
Knowledge of demand response or energy efficiency programs including rebate processing,marketing, customer care, field supervisor
Strong presentation skills and comfort and ease with clients.
Excellent verbal band written communication skills.
Experience managing contracts
Experienced with report management including production, forecasting, and detailed programreporting.
