What are we looking for?

We have an exciting opportunity for an E-Commerce Manager to play a key role in our EMEA business based out of our Bury office.

Position: E-Commerce Manager (UK & Nordics) Reporting to: EMEA E-Business Lead Product Owner

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Level 1 technical support for on-line customers • Logs technical issues on behalf of the UK business • Administrate on-line account applications, creations and deletions • Manages the on-line catalogue structure • Manages e-commerce product data for the UK & Interim Websites in Northern Europe • Reports E-Commerce KPIs back to various business leaders on a monthly basis • Ensures data accuracy for e-commerce from SAP ERP • EMEA e-Commerce product data lead supporting regional Marketing • Support Marketing in completing key E-Commerce related activity across the Nordic Region • Provide EMEA wide support for content management of Global Websites

Key Tasks:

• Customer facing telephone support for the UK E-Business (both internal & external) • Channel Marketing Data Cohesion for E-Commerce UK & Nordic Region • Catalogue Structure governance across EMEA E-Businesses • Enrichment Data Upload (automated & manual) • Ownership of Product Content Approval Tool - POC for Marketing support • Ownership of Enrichment data completion & accuracy • Prepare monthly reports for business leadership and report back on agreed E-Commerce KPIs

What skills and requirements do you need?

• Educated to Degree Level - preferably in IT or Ecommerce related subject • Advanced Microsoft Office skills - in Particular Excel • Understanding of Insite, SharePoint, SAP or Navision a distinct advantage • Experience in a Customer facing role with a high focus on Customer Experience • Ability to communicate technical issues to the support team on behalf of the business • Excellent customer communication skills. • Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative • Knowledge of Project Management and change management preferable • Passionate about E-Commerce with a strong exposure to web related marketing activities and techniques
