We have a fantastic opportunity for a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Leader (WA/NT). The Health, Safety and Environment Leader will provide subject matter expertise to Honeywell Building Solutions Business across the Pacific and be the key point of contact within the allocated district. Reporting to the Pacific HSE Leader, you will assist Business Managers and Leaders in delivering the ACS HSE Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and drive the company’s safety culture.
In this role you will have the opportunity to take charge of:
- Representing the Pacific HSE team in allocation region (WA/ NT), cascading the HSE strategy across the district and HBS pacific business to ensure performance to plan for leading and lagging indicators, safety initiatives, projects and safety reporting requirements and systems.
- Working with the Pacific HSE Leader to identify actions required to maintain HS&E Certification to OHSAS 18001, AS4801, ISO 18001
- Audit Honeywell managed facilities to ensure the Company is compliant to statutory and corporate requires and working to approved risk management places.
- Present HSE related training such as Safe Operations Management training and identify HSE training requirements
- Managing key projects as determined by the Pacific HSE Leader or AP HSE Leader
