Honeywell Lead Technical Support Assistant - German in Bucharest, Romania
This position is responsible for providing after sales technical support to HSF customers from UK and Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The role implies technical troubleshooting and providing assistance by phone or email on using or configuring Intruder, Access Control, CCTV and Networking Honeywell products. The role requires the in depth knowledge of many complex integrated systems which are made up of hundreds of Honeywell products;
Our customers consist of companies from the security and low voltage industry and the people that reach out to our Technical Support lines are technical engineers with large experience in the field (some of them over 15 years) and appropriate degrees and certifications.
Minimum High school with Technical degree/ Preferable technical (electronics) bachelor´s degree;
Medium to low applicable experience (2-4 years) in technical roles (preferred specialized technical support centers);
In depth technical understanding (electrical, PC, internet, video/photo) of the supported products, their functions and practical purposes;
Soft skills (very good communication skills, negotiation, professional attitude, very good interpersonal relationships skills, patience);
Ability to communicate at a technical level;
High analytical skills, problem solving attitude;
Very good knowledge of English and German (C1 level at least);
Nice to have (not required): -technical degree or certifications (telecommunications, security, electricity, etc.) -IT&C certifications or trainings (networking – CCNA, IT hardware, etc) -Call center - Technical support -Communication trainings
