Honeywell CRM Enablement Manager in Bucharest, Romania
Description PMT Commercial Excellence (CE) is looking for a CRM enablement manager to drive business growth across all 3 SBUs through the implementation of CRM, Pricing, & other digital tools.
Key Responsibilities • Grow sales, drive lead generation & sales pipeline conversion, and improve our customer’s experience by leading the implementation of standardized CRM processes and tools aligned to business priorities, HOS Gold, BTIs, and STRAP • Accelerate CRM Excellence initiatives by leading the PMT CRM Center of Excellence, governing change management, and executing best-practice solutions • Drive productive usage, high data quality, and value realization of CRM & other digital platforms used by Sales, Marketing, and Service teams • Manage a small team of global business analysts • Partner with IT to rapidly deliver solutions according to prioritized business requirements • Develop and deliver effective training programs to ensure awareness and effectiveness of available tools & processes; Build business expertise and cultivate SBU business champions • Enhance decision making by deploying insightful dashboards, reporting, and analytics tools • Measure, assess, and improve CRM end-user engagement and adoption across PMT commercial organizations; Monitor CRM efficacy KPIs and end-user satisfaction results • Actively participate in CRM, Pricing, and other digital platform strategy sessions with Commercial Excellence leaders • Cultivate strong partnerships with PMT commercial teams, IT, partners/vendors, and other key stakeholders for CRM, Pricing, and other digital services
Core Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or other business-related field • 3-5 years of relevant Sales or Marketing experience • Expert knowledge in Salesforce / Salesforce1 mobile platform and CRM best practices • Experience in managing high-performing teams • Expertise in project / program management
