Support Delivery Manager

The Support Delivery Manager position reports to the Manager. The position is required to support service delivery functions including process ownership, SLA management,problem/incident/change management, supplier management. This position will also lead the Supplier for continuous improvement in the planning, management, and delivery of service that provide timely and accurate data for use by the Businesses. There will be daily customer interaction in the European time zones.

Responsibilities:

- first point of contact for customer escalations

- supplier management and SLA follow up

- project coordination

- primary responsibility for end-to-end asset management and order processing for printers and services provided by supplier, global database of printers and processing of billing files

- responsibility order processing for printers

- daily monitoring of order processing and fulfillment to ensure compliance with Contract Service Level Agreements (SLA) and internal customer satisfaction.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years
  • Experience in customer service, IT support or related field
  • Fluent in English

  • Proficient with MS Office tools; Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Access
