Reliability Engineer

You will develop, conduct and evaluate new approaches to meet project objectives faster and more efficiently and you develop and commercialize products & technologies.

Use your experience and scientific knowledge to lead technical development activities

Help drive growth as a technology expert through interfaces with internal and external customers and partners

Conceptualize, design, plan and implement innovative technologies that enable new and competitive products

Qualifications:

- B. S. in Engineering or equivalent

- Demonstrated tool usage in reliability engineering or applied

statistics (DOE, regression, life data analyses, capability and SPC)

- Ability to work independently developing risk assessment

strategies for various situations

- Comfortable discussing results and techniques used with a wide

variety of engineering teams including upper management and external customers

- Experience with statistical modeling (e.g. Monte Carlo

simulation) preferred

- Experience with accelerated life, bogey, and degradation

testing techniques

- Familiarity with reliability and statistics software packages

(Reliasoft, WinSmith, Minitab, Crystal Ball)

- Automotive experience (Mechanical - Engine - Vehicle

interactions) preferred

- Certified Reliability Engineer a Plus
