Be the first point of contact for the Honeywell building Solutions (HBS) marketing function in the UK & Nordics.

You will work with your marketing colleagues from portfolio/offerings, campaign and insight as well as your regional colleagues (Regional/District General Managers, Sales, Service, Sales Support Center) to plan, implement and track the results of marketing activities that enables the UK and Nordics to reach or exceed their annual targets.

You will define, plan and roll out the marketing strategy for HBS in the UK and Nordics by leveraging the global and European HBS Strategic Plan (STRAP) and monitoring market changes that would require changes in the plan.

You will drive in the UK and the Nordics a relevant market engagement program with the support of the EMEA Campaign Leader and ensure success metrics are aligned to AOP and track monthly progress against targets

Support sales by developing strong value propositions for strategic accounts to grow or to acquire over STRAP.

You will master the following marketing skills :

1) Regional Insights of the Building and Real Estate market in the UK and Nordics

2) Regional Offering Management

3) Regional Lead Generation and Campaign Management

4) Regional Development/Customization of tools to accelerate cross-selling in HBS installed customer base and adoption of IoT based Connected Services

5) Development of Customized Value Propositions for the UK & Nordics Strategic Accounts

30 Strategy deployment and market monitoring

30 Lead generation of new projects through market engagement

20 Enabling strategic sales (value proposition)

20 Regional portfolio update (up and downwards)

YOU MUST HAVE

A degree within a business or marketing field

Understanding of ICT or previous work experience within the IT industry

Proven experience working in a sales and marketing environment

Strong business acumen.

Proven customer facing skills
