Technical Support Assistant

Improve business and family comfort, protection and productivity

Provide reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers. You will provide professional coverage of Technical Support Helpdesk. You will support focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction. You will drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues. You will build internal relationships to expedite complicated cases. You will develop broad understanding of customer needs. You will support the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools. You will help develop Technical Support processes. You will ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication.

You Must Have:

High School Diploma

We Value:
• Strong customer service experience• Strong understanding of current LAN based

technologies.• Experience with HVAC, Refrigeration, Building Automation or

energy related field.

• General understanding of Industry standard protocols such as BACnet, LON

and/or Modbus.

• Strong Interpersonal skills combined with logical problem solving

capabilities.

• Experience in managing service and support functions for a food and/or

general merchandise retailer is preferred.

• Leadership abilities which enable influencing others without direct

authority.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software.

• Must be flexible and adaptable to work in a fast paced environment with

multiple demands and priorities.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills required.
