Honeywell Sr Outside Sales Representative - Thermal Industrial in Bangkok, Thailand
• Achieve AOP financial goals for Thailand: revenue and profit targets • Develop sales objectives and implement the plan to achieve the sales objectives • Promote and develop marketing plans and new sales initiatives • Represent the Voice of the Customer and collaborate with other functional managers to ensure HTS delivers products and services exceeding customer expectations • Developing SOP’s for all sales-related process and procedures
- · Min 3-4 Years’ experience of in a large technical sales operation
- · Understand the thermal processing industrial market | Experience from petrochemical , automotive, F&B, paper, steel manufacturing etc.
- · Solution selling experience with technical background
- · We can look at candidates with experience from working in heating industries, dry paints or melting glass
- · Enterprise level customer relationship and development skills
- · Ability to execute strategies promptly and effectively with direct improvement to the business
- · Well-developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment
- · Successful sales record.
- · Technical understanding combustion applications and product knowledge of relevant thermal related products would be advantageous, sufficient to allow the production of clear and concise proposals.

- · Advanced communication skills, both verbal & written
- · Excellent negotiation skills to convince others from both within and outside the organization to reach agreement to accept complete proposals and programs, for which both parties have commondesire to reach solution
