Honeywell Sr Analyst, Anti Corruption in Bangalore, India

Sr Analyst, Anti CorruptionPrincipal Responsibilities include:

•Works directly with the Sales operations, Contract managers & General Counsels of the business to ensure compliance to Policy 2066.

•Supports the SBU leadership team through Due Diligence of all third parties including, but not limited to, Sales reps, Distributors, JV Partners, and M&A’s.

•Responsible for effectively communicating with the executive leadership teams reporting metrics and status updates on all cases.

•Provides solutions/recommendations & approvals to the business teams with regard to Gifts & Hospitality to customers

•Works collaboratively across multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance for policy 2066 from the business.

•Responsible to train the business functions and spread awareness about Policy 2066 within Honeywell.

•Accountable to the business teams to ensure delivery of Policy 2066 due diligence results.

•Help review and update Anti-Corruption Country guides on regular intervals.

•Provide assistance to Legal and Sales functions on Anti-Corruption matters

•Suggest process improvements, handle process improvement projects end to end

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

•Bachelor's Degree in Business / Commerce / Law or related discipline

•Minimum 4-5 years’ experience working in MNC, preferably a US based organization

•3-4 years in Legal and/or Compliance functions, overall experience of 5 years preferred.

•Conversant with various IT tools like SharePoint etc.

•Knowledge of Compliance laws including but not limited to Anti-corruption regulations of various countries

Additional Qualifications:

•MBA a plus

•A quick learner & forward thinker, one who anticipates & initiates appropriate action to ensure organization continuity, & attention to detail

•Organizational & time management skills to prioritize, process & follow through on multiple tasks. Focuses energy to see due diligence to accurate & timely completion

•Customer focused & skilled relationship builder with capacity to initiate & foster collaborative relationships & trust. Interacts with consistency throughout the organization & adapts easily to the organizations structure

•Able to facilitate multiple competing priorities & divergent viewpoints

•Ability to excel within a matrixed organizational management structure

•Experience in third party due diligence desired

•Excellent written & oral communication skills to leadership levels (tier 2-3)

•Experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems desired

•Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Certified preferred

•Six Sigma Greenbelt Certified desired

•Prior Consulting Experience a plus
