ERP Analyst

Financial Systems Analyst

As the Financial Systems

Analyst you will be a contributing team member in the Corporate Controller’s

organization. The Financial Systems

Analyst is responsible for working on the internal control governance process

for several ERP environments, with the focus on SAP. This position leverages subject matter

expertise related to ERP governance and internal control in reviewing and

approving access requests, evaluating additions or changes to roles, reviewing

for segregation of duties (SOD) conflicts, performing user access reviews, creating

of new t-codes, and consults on internal control implications of application

implementations and process enhancements.

Responsibilities:

Review and approve access requests,

which are submitted through the SAP GRC Application or similar SOD tool,

assessed for segregation of duties, then approved or denied based on this

assessment.

Monitoring of ERP access

including complete and analyze segregation of duties conflicts, access that is

deemed to be sensitive or critical, and document mitigating controls for

various ERP environments.

Providing subject matter

expertise to businesses on ERP governance including working in a consultative

capacity by recommending innovative solutions to stakeholders across all

functions on a global basis.

Review and approve change

requests submitted by the businesses, including access requests, changes to

roles, creation of new t-codes, or changes to authorization objects.

Providing support for process

improvement projects, such as the implementation of automated user

provisioning, robotics process automation (RPA), and SOD tools for non-SAP ERPs.

Partner with businesses to

ensure adequate governance over SAP applications and support projects by

reviewing and approving changes that impact SAP governance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from

accredited institution, or international equivalent

3+ years professional

experience with increasing responsibility

Skills

& Behaviors:

Proficient in information

technology financial applications particularly SAP and Excel

Beneficial to have previous

knowledge of internal controls and financial terminology

While not required, helpful to

have a working knowledge of SAP GRC applications, including access management

Strong work ethic and ability

to management multiple, critical projects simultaneously, and enjoy working in

a fast-paced environment

Proficient in communicating in

English

Strong interpersonal skills,

with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and experience

working globally with remote teams

Ability to identify root causes and corrective actions and

drive process improvements
