CommEx Service Delivery Leader
This role has leadership accountability for the Commercial
Excellence, Customer Relationship Management, Lead Management and eCommerce
solutions delivered by Honeywell. The team will be comprised of technical
architects, developers and support resources. The resources will be a mix of
employees, managed service partners and project delivery partners. These
resources will be aligned and allocated to projects being executed in the
Program Delivery group. This role will work closely with the other C&CE
leaders to manage scope and resource allocations. Applications delivered via
C&CE will be managed end-to-end by this team including:
Service Delivery Management
Software Platform Configuration and
Project Delivery Team participation with
Production support and enhancements.
Infrastructure & Provisioning
Business acumen relative to the digital
channel and its business impact
Prioritize work for the team, coordinate communications,
and manage escalations with the business functions and SBGs.
Partner with the Program Delivery
organization to staff projects with internal and external team members.
Develop effective processes and process
improvements to improve delivery and support.
Prioritize and delivery enhancement
requests on supported applications.
Experience in customer service delivery in
a matrix organization
Resolves blockers to program delivery
Identifies critical skill gaps and works
Coordinate support with Vendors
Develop staff on all new technical
solutions and platforms
Manage the provisioning of infrastructure
and cloud services
Ensure alignment and support of all
critical systems relative to security and data privacy policies
and standards inclusive of
accessibility, vulnerability and software inventory management.
Bachelor’s degree: MIS/Marketing
Minimum of 10 years Commercial
Proven background in IT Leadership with
Full project life cycle management
Understanding of applications development
as well as infrastructure management
Strong communication and presentation
skills and the ability to interact well at all levels of the
Strong team building skills coupled with
the ability to set clear expectations & goals and hold
people accountable to them

Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud,
Service Cloud & Communities)
