Solutions Architect -Connected Technologies

In this strategic Connected Technologies Solution Architect role, you will work to develop and implement solutions, policies and procedures to ensure that systems support the organization's business requirements. That includes defining systems requirements based on New Product Introduction/enhancement, Breakthrough initiative needs, cost, and required integration with existing applications, systems, or platforms.
You will work alongside other architects to define technical standards and functionality tests, develop specifications, prototypes, or operations guides into a technical solutions framework, utilizing Azure and/or AWS IaaS, PaaS & SaaS.
You will provide technology roadmaps governed by strategic direction, liaise with Connected Enterprise Engineering and applications architects to ensure alignment across technology portfolios.

YOU MUST HAVE
•Bachelor's degree in related technology/business areas or equivalent work experience
•Cloud & on premise experience as well as the transition to cloud providers
•Strong Azure and/or AWS IaaS ,PaaS & SaaS experience
•Extensive knowledge of the industry's standards
•Strong supplier management skills
•Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
•Good judgment and Decision Making skills, considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one
•Able to work independently under minimal supervision
•TOGAF, Zachman, Cloud Solution architecture certifications
