Key Account Manager
Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges
organization in reaching a profitable Sales growth within targeted Key
Accounts/ OEMs and targeted Key End Customers (Oil&Gas, Mining, Minerals
Processing, Automotive and General industry). Preserving the existing business
within Key accounts and generating new business. Credibility creation as well
as building strong, lasting client relationships and earn the client's trust.
•Establishing strong strategic partnership with Key accounts, leading to the
positioning of Honeywell Safety Products as first choice for Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE).
•Measuring the current sales within Key Accounts and develop action plans to
increase sales revenue
•Responsible for building and implementing key account plan (business
potential, contact lists, competition, value proposition and action plan).
•Building strong relationships with the decision makers within the key account,
create and identify business opportunities
•Engaging with internal resources (e.g. Product Sales Specialist) to win
product or solution specific opportunities
•Identifying and targeting Vertical Sector Key Accounts which will provide
•Understanding of industry trends (safety standard, change of technology,
etc.), competitive strategies and product technologies.
•Input providing for the annual operating plan (AOP) and the long term business
•Data providing to support monthly product forecasting process.
•Reaching sales and profitability targets for each line of business for the
targeted large accounts.
•Lead presentations, proposals and plans as necessary.
•Detecting and realisation the cross selling opportunities within HSP, HLS and

YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
- A broad knowledge of sales principles and best practices
- Excellent team and communication skills
- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
- An ability to influence at the operational level
- An ability to influence customers, while maintaining healthy relationships
- Significant experience in selling (industrial) products
- Deep technical expertise
- Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
