Responsibilities:

  • Drive Pole Specific and Global Growth Initiatives – Base Growth Initiatives, CGI, BTI – MOS, Tracking, Escalation (7-8 Initiatives)
  • Drive cross functional actions and readiness to grow initiatives and achieve initiatives AOP (Orders, Revenue)
  • Act as business focal for Top Projects Focal, Pipeline Development Initiatives / Campaigns
  • Developing consistent initiatives tracking / scorecards and MOS for TSC / Regional business leads
  • Align regional business needs, customer / market feedbacks and work with global marketing teamsWork with PMC EMEA BTI sales leader on sales readiness and sales trainings referree

Must have:

  • BS or BA or BE Degree - Preferred in: Engineering, Automation, Technology or Business (or equivalent knowledge / experience in these fields). MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years working with customers in gas segment.
